SubjectCheck is a client-side application. This means:

✓Your subject lines are never transmitted to any server
✓No account or login is required to use the tool
✓We have no way to see what you type or analyze

Local Browser Storage

SubjectCheck uses your browser's local storage to save your preferences and history. This data is stored only on your device and includes:

•Saved subject lines: Subject lines you explicitly save using the star button
•Recent history: Your last 20 analyzed subject lines for quick reference

Note: This data is stored only in your browser. Clearing your browser data or using private/incognito mode will remove this information. We cannot access or recover it.

What We Don't Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

✗Your email subject lines or any text you enter
✗Personal information (name, email, address, etc.)
✗Usage patterns or behavioral data
✗IP addresses or device identifiers

Third-Party Services

Our website may use standard web hosting infrastructure which may collect basic server logs (such as page requests). These logs do not contain any of the content you analyze and are used solely for maintaining the service.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics services, or advertising networks that would track your activity across websites.

Data Security

Since your data never leaves your browser, you maintain complete control over your information. The best way to protect sensitive subject lines is to clear your browser's local storage after use, or use private/incognito browsing mode which automatically clears data when you close the window.

SubjectCheck does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since we don't collect personal information from any users, this applies to all visitors.
